Richard Desmond, 27, of Stamford, was busted on Friday, Nov. 29, after Stamford Narc squad officers set-up surveillance on his Greenwich Avenue apartment and saw him dealing pot out of his window, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin.
Officers waited until he left his apartment where he was seen making a deal on the street, Conklin said.
Officers moved in, arrested Desmond and executed a search warrant for his apartment.
Once inside, officers found 10 ounces of marijuana, a digital scale, and 16 packages of marijuana, Conklin said.
Desmond was charged with operating a drug factory, possession of more than four ounces of marijuana and sale of a controlled substance.
He is being held on a $15,000 bond.
